Terms of Service

By utilizing our bot or any other services provided by us, you hereby acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms. In the event that you do not consent to these terms, your server will no longer be permitted to utilize the bot or any associated services. Please note that these terms are subject to change without prior notification.

  1. Under no circumstances may the bot be used in contravention of Discord's Terms of Service or Discord's Community Guidelines.
  2. The bot is offered on an "as is" basis and shall not be altered to meet individual user expectations or requirements.
  3. We retain the right to remove your server's partner configurations at any time if they violate the rights of any individual or are deemed to be offensive or inappropriate in any manner.
  4. Engaging in the use of multiple servers to promote a single server will result in the permanent blacklisting of the server(s) involved.
  5. Engaging in the act of spamming broken or malfunctioning commands will result in the permanent blacklisting of the server(s) involved.
  6. In the event that you have violated the Terms of Service while possessing premium features (obtained through giveaways, boosting, etc.), you shall be blacklisted from accessing our bot.
  7. While we make every effort to safeguard the bot against exploits, the development team shall not be held liable for any damages incurred to your server. Any identified exploits or bugs should be promptly reported to our support team via the designated support server.
  8. It is strictly prohibited to employ our bot in any malicious activities or in servers that contravene Discord's Terms of Service or Discord's Community Guidelines. Engaging in such behavior will result in a permanent blacklist.
  9. We reserve the right to moderate and take appropriate action against any servers found to be in violation of Discord's Terms of Service, Discord's Community Guidelines, this terms of service, or any relevant guidelines provided by third-party services.
  10. Our service prohibits any type of spam or misuse of said service, resulting in us taking action.

Premium​

  1. By purchasing premium, you agree to these terms, Discord's Terms of Service, and Discord's Community Guidelines.
  2. Under any circumstance, we will not give refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We reserve the right to terminate any server's premium status if you violate any of the terms or guidelines mentioned above.
